Raimundos Oki (30) a journalist of Timor Post daily News paper based in Dili, Timor-Leste ( East Timor ).

He just want to inform you that his life is under threatened condition. His situation threatened after writing a report on the practice of "bribery" in the Datacenter and IT projects in the new building of Minister of Finance in Timor – Leste ( East Timor ).

On 15 October 2014, National Procurement Commission ( NPC ) opened an open tender and canceled on 22 December 2015 by the reason NPC has no expert in the field of technical evaluation. Thus, on 16 April 2015, NPC opening the sealed tender. At that time there are four companies competing. Finally, PT . Packet Sistemindonesia Teknotama wins.

At that time, Prime - Minister, Rui Maria de Araujo still as an adviser at the Minister of Finance. He and his two other friends, David Montalvao and Nikuj Soni signed and recommends PT. Sistem Teknotama Mandiri Indonesia, but this company did not succeed because the Council of Ministers decided PT. Packet Sistemindonesia Teknotama wins on this project.

On Monday, 16 November 2015, Prime - Minister, Rui Maria de Araujo make a clarification and declare he has submitted a case to the Dili prosecutor office to against Timor Post and Raimundos Oki. Timor Post daily newspaper publish his clarification in the head line of the paper on, 17 November 2015 and also make correction in page 14 on 18 November 2015.
